Pilates, ice-cold drinks, summer intentions, and a sunny beach morning with girls all showing up for themselves this season 💛🍊💕

Join us for a feel-good outdoor Pilates social designed to bring together movement, connection, and community in one of the best ways possible.

We’ll start the morning with check-in, drinks, and time to mingle before moving into introductions and a welcoming opening circle so everyone has a chance to meet and connect. Then we’ll flow into a sculpt-style Mat Pilates class focused on low-impact movement, deep core activation, and full-body strength.

After class, we’ll wrap up with a group photo, a closing circle, and a little intentional reset moment for the season ahead.

Whether you’re coming solo or bringing a friend, this is such an easy way to meet other girls in LA while doing something good for yourself. A lot of the girls attending will be meeting for the first time too!

Dress Code:
Soft summer tones and beachy colors — buttery yellow, blush pink, coral, peach, creamy whites, light neutrals, and anything that feels effortless, feminine, and sun-kissed ☀️🌸

(VIP Members are women with an active monthly WOW membership subscription.). Please only RSVP with a VIP ticket if you currently have an active WOW VIP Membership subscription. Any non-members who reserve a VIP spot will be removed from the attendee list.
