This time, we will descend upon the lush environs of one of Miami’s most iconic hotels. Class will take place in The Mammoth Garden, next to it’s namesake sculpture designed by acclaimed contemporary artist Damien Hirst. The theme of this event will focus on skincare, with gifting designed to nurture our most sacred barrier from the inside out.

LOGISTICS

Check in—To provide a seamless experience, we ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before the event begins at 10:00am to check in.

Dress code—Comfortable workout attire.

Parking—Street parking is available but limited.

There is a small public parking lot across from Casa Faena on 38th street. We recommend arriving early to guarantee sufficient time to find a spot and park before the event, as this lot fills quickly.

Valet parking is available courtesy of Faena Miami Beach at a cost of $60.

Equipment—Mats will be provided. Just bring an open heart and an open mind . . . and perhaps a bottle of water.

You understand that engaging in physical activities carries inherent risks, and by attending, you assume full responsibility for your health and safety. In the event of injury or loss, you agree to indemnify and defend La Vie de Zee and its partners against any legal claims or actions arising from such occurrences.
