By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Pilates involves physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and other physical injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur.
	2.	Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have either no pre-existing injuries or have been medically cleared to participate in Pilates. I will inform the instructor of any injuries or conditions prior to the start of class.
	3.	Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless the event organizers, instructors, facility owners, and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation, including any claims for injury, illness, property damage, or death.
	4.	Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for photos and/or videos taken during the event to be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes without compensation.
	5.	Facility & Property Respect
I agree to respect the event space, including all vehicles and property within the facility, and will not touch, enter, or handle any vehicles unless specifically invited to do so. I will follow all instructions provided by staff regarding the facility and its contents.
