The **Pineapple Grove Run Club** and **TRX** are teaming up for another morning run followed by a social hour.  Whether you're a seasoned runner or beginner, this event is perfect for all fitness levels. The run / walk will start at TRX Training Center!

**ITINERARY:**
9am: Pre-run Stretch w/ **TRX**
9:15am: Run w/ **Pineapple Grove**
10am: Post-run stretch and recovery with **Chill Out Palm Beach** and **TRX**
**\*opportunity to socialize, take pictures, and grab some goodies**

**WHAT TO BRING:**
Towel / Change of clothes for Cold Plunging
