By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Pilates & Lattes Club event (the “Event”) at LoanDepot Park, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that Pilates, fitness, and related activities involve physical exertion and may include, but are not limited to, stretching, balance work, strength training, and other movements that can result in injury. Risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, sprains, falls, heat-related illness, and other potential hazards associated with group exercise and being in a public venue. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release, waive, and discharge THE PILATES GIRLIES LLC, doing business as PILATES & LATTES CLUB, its owners, instructors (including Steph Katz & Vale Lasak), contractors, volunteers, partners, the Miami Marlins, Marlins Stadium Operator, event sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. MEDICAL CLEARANCE & EMERGENCIES
I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I consent to receive any medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury or illness during the Event and release the Released Parties from any liability for such treatment.

4. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation in the Event.

5. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant the Released Parties full permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance in photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the Event for any lawful purpose, including marketing and promotional materials, without compensation.

6. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this Waiver shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

7. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE
I understand that by purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Event, I am electronically agreeing to this Waiver and Release, which has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature. If I do not agree, I will not purchase a ticket or participate in the Event.
