Join us for an evening of community, wellness, and rejuvenation! Whether you're well-versed in contrast therapy or new to the experience, our weekly gathering is the perfect opportunity to reset your mind and body while connecting with others who share a passion for wellness.

Our night begins with a thematic talk and some grounding breathing exercises to prepare you for the cold plunge and/or sauna experience. Afterwards, warm-up around the bonfire with hot tea, and socialize with the community. 

**What to Expect:**

* **Thematic Talk**: Each week begins with a talk on personal growth, delivered by different speakers sharing unique insights and experiences to fuel reflection and motivation.
* **Guided Breathwork Session**: After the talk, we dive into a guided breathwork session designed to release tension and prepare the mind and body for contrast therapy.
* **Contrast Therapy**: (*Coaches are at the ready if you desire support*.) Pick your option:
  * **Cold Plunge Only**: Refresh your body and mind with a cold plunge, boosting energy, resilience, and mental clarity. 
  * **Cold Plunge + Sauna**: Contrast between the warmth of the sauna and the chill of the plunge, experiencing the full cycle of thermal contrast for enhanced recovery and relaxation.

**Ticket Options:**

We offer flexible ticket options so you can customize your experience:

**Cold Plunge Only:** Revitalize, dipping right into the cold water.

**Sauna + Cold Plunge:** Start by heating up in the sauna before heading into the cold plunge for the ultimate contrast therapy.

**Cold Plunge First + Sauna After:** Prefer to chill out first? You can opt to take the plunge before unwinding in the sauna to warm up afterward (Just let us know at check-in)

DISCLAIMER
Cold water immersion raises blood pressure and increases stress on the heart. Studies have shown this is safe for healthy people, and the effects are only temporary. Like with any high-intensity activity, there are certain risks associated with performing them. Check with your doctor beforehand, as cold exposure and/or ‘ice baths’ can have negative and potentially dangerous effects on people with, but not limited to, the following medical conditions: heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes. It is NOT recommended to sit in an ‘ice bath’ if you are pregnant or nursing.
Sauna use exposes the body to high temperatures, which can lead to dehydration, dizziness, fainting, and cardiovascular stress. Individuals with the following conditions should consult a doctor before using a sauna:
Heart disease, high blood pressure, or low blood pressure
Respiratory conditions
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
History of heat sensitivity or fainting
Recent alcohol or drug use, which can increase the risk of overheating and unconsciousness
The combination of sauna and cold exposure (contrast therapy) can further impact the cardiovascular system. Proceed at your own risk and listen to your body.
I, the person, purchaser, and/or attendee, and/or bearer of this pass, acknowledge that participating and/or observing the activities hosted and/or sponsored by TubClub™️ has inherent risks, including but not limited to breathwork, ice baths, ice barrels, cold exposure, saunas, and fire.
Those risks include but are not limited to:
Injuries resulting from exposure to and/or usage of structural spaces, rooms, and/or tents.
Injuries resulting from the fall of persons who may come into contact with others or objects.
Injuries resulting from the fall of objects, including but not limited to water, ice, ‘ice bath(s)’, ‘ice bath’ cover(s), ‘ice barrel(s)’, ‘ice barrel’ cover(s), tree(s), and/or tree branch(es).
Injuries resulting from exposure to and/or usage of the event location (Brady Memorial Home, 1151 South Side Street, Pittsburgh, PA, 15212).
Injuries resulting from performing ‘breathwork,’ breathing exercises, and/or the holding of one’s breath for an extended amount of time.
Injuries resulting from exposure to cold water and/or cold temperatures for prolonged periods of time.
Injuries resulting from exposure to sauna heat and/or high temperatures for prolonged periods of time, including dehydration, overheating, heat exhaustion, or burns.
Injuries resulting from entering and/or exiting the ‘ice bath(s)’ and/or ‘ice barrel(s)’.
Injuries resulting from entering and/or exiting the ‘sauna(s)’, including dizziness or fainting.
Injuries resulting from exposure to fire and/or open flames.
I am aware of these and numerous other inherent risks in observing or participating in the activities offered and sponsored by TubClub™️.
I ASSUME COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, EVEN IF the injuries occur in a manner that is NOT FORESEEABLE at the time I sign this agreement. I realize that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for any loss or damage I sustain, including PERSONAL INJURIES to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death.
I acknowledge that my participation with TubClub™️ is voluntary. If this pass (ticket) is being purchased or has been purchased on my behalf, I agree to the complete terms of this release, and that participation and/or attendance constitutes my agreement and acceptance of this disclaimer.
I am aware of the potential risks and dangers involved in breathwork, cold exposure, and sauna use, and waive and release TubClub™️ and all staff, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, participants, property owners, and/or business owners of any liability relating to the use of TubClub™️.
PHOTO RELEASE + CONSENT
I, the person, purchaser, and/or attendee, and/or bearer of this pass, hereby grant TubClub™️ permission to use ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ in any photography, videography, design, and/or digital design in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of TubClub™️ printed and digital publications.
I understand and agree that any photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s) using ‘ME or MY LIKENESS’ will become property of TubClub™️ and will not be returned.
I acknowledge that since my participation with TubClub™️ is voluntary, I will NOT receive any financial compensation.
I hereby irrevocably authorize TubClub™️ to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and/or distribute any photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s) of ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ for the purposes of publicizing, marketing, and/or displaying TubClub™️ programs or for any other related, lawful purpose.
In addition, I waive the right to inspect and/or approve the finished product, including written and/or electronic copy, wherein ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’ appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties and/or other compensation arising out of, or related to, the use of the photograph(s), video(s), design(s), and/or digital design(s).
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge TubClub™️ from all claims, demands, and/or causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, and/or any other persons acting on my behalf and/or on behalf of my estate may have by reason of this authorization.
I am at least 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name.
If this pass is being purchased or has been purchased on my behalf, I agree to the complete terms of this release, and that participation and/or attendance constitutes my acceptance and permission of the use of ‘ME and/or MY LIKENESS’.
WARNING
This agreement is legally binding. By checking the box, you agree to these terms and you give up your right to recover compensation through the courts or otherwise, for any personal injury, damage to your property, theft, or for your death, being caused by negligence, accident, or otherwise.
You also agree to the terms of the PHOTO RELEASE + CONSENT and give up your right to recover compensation through the courts or otherwise for any claims of damages, compensation, financial compensation, and/or royalties.
DEFINITIONS
‘Sauna(s)’ are defined as portable rooms used as a hot-air and/or steam bath(s).
‘Breathwork’ is defined as any breathing exercise (including but not limited to Holotropic Breathing, Wim Hof® Method breathing) performed during the event.
‘Ice bath(s)’ are defined as Rubbermaid® structural foam stock tanks filled with ice cubes and/or water.
‘Ice barrel(s)’ are defined as Ice Barrel® cold water immersion barrels filled with ice cubes and/or water.
‘TubClub™️’ is the ‘doing business as’ (DBA) name of ICED RHINO, LLC.
