Hibiscus House is bringing **Planks & Paddles Sports Club** to Wilton in Palm Coast for a special Breast Cancer Awareness Month event. Join us **October 30 from 6–8 PM** for an evening of movement, wellness, and community throughout Wilton’s gorgeous pool patio and pickleball courts.



We’ll start with a **45 minute Pilates sculpt class**, with all sculpt props provided by Hibiscus House. After class, stay awhile. Play pickleball, hang by the fire pit, shop our lineup of luxury wellness vendors, and enjoy the evening poolside.

And of course, **every attendee will leave with an amazing Hibiscus House goodie bag** filled with products from some of our favorite brands.



October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this evening has a bigger purpose. **10% of all event proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen** through Carter Haston’s dedicated fundraising program.

By registering for and/or attending Planks & Paddles Sports Club, I acknowledge that participation in Pilates, pickleball, fitness activities, and other activities associated with this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, strains, illness, property damage, and other risks associated with exercise, outdoor activities, pool and patio areas, and use of recreational facilities.
I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for my participation. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and understand that it is my responsibility to modify or discontinue any activity if needed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Hibiscus House, Jade Nodal, Wilton Palm Coast, Carter Haston, event instructors, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, partners, property owners, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to my participation in the event, except where such release is prohibited by law.
I understand that pickleball courts, the pool patio, fire pit, and other property amenities may be used during the event and agree to use these areas responsibly and at my own risk. I am responsible for my personal belongings and understand that event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Media Release: I understand that photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, I grant Hibiscus House and its event partners permission to photograph, film, and record my likeness and to use this content for social media, websites, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes without additional compensation or approval.
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Liability Waiver & Media Release.
