5:45 PM • Check In at Flagler Sun & Seed + enter the giveaway!

6:15 PM • Pilates Class on the Beach

7:00 PM • Class Ends + enjoy complimentary charcuterie on the beach, take photos, shop around, and sip on some wine!

7:30 PM • Plant Pot Painting Workshop at Flagler Sun & Seed + giveaway winners announced

8:30 PM • Workshop Ends

By attending the Plants + Pilates event hosted by Jade Nodal and Flagler Sun & Seed, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in physical activity and understand there are inherent risks involved, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and assume all responsibility for my participation.

I hereby release and hold harmless Jade Nodal, Flagler Sun & Seed, event partners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in this event.

I also grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used by Jade Nodal, @jadetotheworld, and Flagler Sun & Seed for social media, marketing, promotional materials, and future event advertising without compensation or further approval.
