*Join us for an intimate, music-filled midday workshop designed to help you step out of overthinking and into creativity, expression, and flow.*

Blending musical improvisation, group singing, and drama therapy informed practices, this playful and supportive experience invites participants to reconnect with spontaneity, presence, and authentic self-expression in a low-pressure environment.

<u>In this session, we’ll explore:</u>
• Musical improv games & creative group exercises
• Voice, rhythm, spontaneity & playful expression
• Creativity, connection & presence through music and play

Participation is always optional and no singing, acting, or musical experience is required. Observation is always welcome.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking for a midday reset, a creative outlet, or a supportive space to reconnect with joy, curiosity, and flow.

Purpose of the Workshop

Bella Valore Wellness offers workshops designed to provide education, skills, and support in areas related to mental health and wellness. These workshops are not a substitute for individual therapy, but may complement ongoing treatment or serve as a stand‑alone resource.


Confidentiality

Bella Valore Wellness is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Information you share with facilitators will be treated confidentially, with the same limits as individual therapy.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among participants. While we ask all attendees to respect the privacy of others, Bella Valore Wellness cannot control what participants may share outside of the workshop.


Limits of Confidentiality

By law, facilitators must break confidentiality if:

There is reason to believe you may harm yourself or others.

There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult.

Records are subpoenaed by a court of law.


Group Participation

Workshops are interactive. You may choose how much or how little you share.

Respect for others’ experiences and privacy is expected.

Recording (audio, video, or photography) of sessions is strictly prohibited.


Documentation

Workshop participation is not part of your clinical record unless specifically requested or clinically indicated.

Any notes taken by facilitators are for internal use only and protected under HIPAA.

Benefits may include increased knowledge, skills, and support.

Risks may include emotional discomfort when discussing sensitive topics. Facilitators will provide support and resources as needed.


Voluntary Participation

Participation is voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without penalty.
