Our handicap system is a flighted system that give everyone a chance to win

Tiger Flight is our top Single digit handicap players

Singh Flight is our 10 to 18 handicap players

Varner Flight is our 18 handicap to new golfers

**In consideration of being allowed to participate in events organized by the Player Circle Golf Club, I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:**

1. **Release of Liability:**
   I acknowledge that participation in golf events involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I agree that the Player Circle Golf Club, its members, and organizers shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during my participation.

2. **Cheating Policy:**
   I understand that any act of cheating during events is strictly prohibited. If I am caught cheating, I acknowledge that I will no longer be invited to any future Player Circle Golf Club events.

3. **Respectful Conduct:**
   I agree to represent the Player Circle Golf Club as a respectful member, treating all participants, organizers, and the game of golf with dignity and sportsmanship.

4. **Photo Release:**
   I consent to the taking of photographs during events, and I understand that these photos may be used for promotional purposes by the Player Circle Golf Club. I agree that I am not entitled to any compensation for the use of my image in such promotions.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and agreement, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
