On this meaningful date of **September 11th** we gather as men to reconnect with what truly matters: ***unity, resilience, and brotherhood.*** The Maverick Men ATX motto is Unity Is Strength, and this morning serves as a living reminder that when men join together with presence and purpose, our energy multiplies, our spirits rise, and we walk into the day stronger than before.

🌬 **The Breath.**
Alexander Gouyet will guide us through an energizing breathwork session that clears the mind, awakens the body, and sharpens focus.

🌊 **The Plunge.**
Together we step into the mineral rich, crystal clear waters of **Barton Springs**. In moments you will feel your stress dissolve, your circulation surge, and your nervous system reset. This plunge leaves you grounded, alive, and connected to something greater.

☕ **The Circle.**
We close with a mindful gong fu cha tea ceremony. With warm tea in hand, conversation flows naturally, deepening connection and creating a brotherhood that carries into the day and beyond.

Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned participant, understand and acknowledge that participation in this event involves activities including but not limited to physical exercise, breathwork, cold water immersion, and outdoor group activities (collectively, the “Activities”). I acknowledge and understand that these Activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Slips, trips, or falls on uneven or wet surfaces

Cold exposure, cold shock, or other health complications related to cold water immersion

Injury, illness, dehydration, or other physical or mental stress

Adverse reaction due to existing health conditions

I voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities with full knowledge of these risks.

Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental condition to participate in the Activities. I have consulted, or voluntarily chosen not to consult, with a licensed physician regarding my ability to safely engage in these Activities. I acknowledge that Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, its owners, organizers, facilitators, volunteers, and partners are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby:

Assume full responsibility for all risks, whether known or unknown, arising from my participation in the Activities.

Release and discharge Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, Vassil Karamanov, Alexander Gouyet, their owners, officers, managers, members, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and sponsors (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising out of or connected with my participation in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my participation in the Activities.

Photography, Videography & Media Release

I understand that photographs, video, and/or audio recordings may be taken during the Event. I grant to Maverick Men ATX, Maverick Personal Training LLC, and their representatives, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right to capture, use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, and publish my name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in any media now known or later developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, publicity, education, and commercial purposes, without further consent or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.

Binding Agreement

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and have read and understood this waiver. I agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
