PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Photography & Video Recording

I grant permission to Ponsphaera, its representatives, contractors, and assigns to photograph, record, film, and otherwise capture my likeness, image, voice, appearance, and/or statements during the event or activity.

2. Use of Content

I understand and agree that all photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media (“Content”) may be used for lawful purposes, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, websites, digital platforms, and print media. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Content and acknowledge that no compensation is owed to me.

3. Ownership & Rights

I acknowledge that all Content is the sole property of Ponsphaera, and I waive any claims of ownership, royalties, or future compensation related to the Content.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Ponsphaera, its owners, employees, contractors, partners, agents, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

My attendance or participation in the event

The capture, use, or publication of Content

Any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss sustained during or in connection with the event

5. No Obligation to Use Content

I understand that Ponsphaera is not obligated to use any Content captured and may edit, alter, or discontinue use at its sole discretion.

6. Legal Capacity

I represent that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age or that I am attending with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. I understand that purchasing a ticket constitutes my full acceptance of these terms.

7. Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
