You don’t need another event where people ignore you and stay with the friends they already know. You need a warm group of pooch parents who want to meet you.

Join us indoors for Pooches & Pours at Inclusion Coffee (Dallas location.)

We’ll start with a welcome moment so everyone can say hello. Then, you’ll get into groups for short talks with new people and their dogs.

You’ll get fun conversation cards to help you talk. Awkward introductions don’t exist here.

All November, we’re focusing on gratitude. This is your chance to slow down, meet good people, and enjoy the holiday season with your pooch.

POOCHES & POURS PARTICIPANT WAIVER

By checking the box below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and agree to these terms for myself, my guests, and my dog.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that attending an event with dogs involves risks. These may include bites, scratches, falls, allergic reactions, illness, property damage, and conflicts between people or animals.

I knowingly and willingly accept these risks.

MY RESPONSIBILITY

I am responsible for my safety, my personal items, my guests, and my dog.

I confirm that my dog is healthy, properly vaccinated, leashed, supervised, and under my control during the event. I will remove my dog if their behavior creates a safety concern.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS PAMPERED POOCH EVENTS, INCLUSION COFFEE, THE PROPERTY OWNER, AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, SPONSORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM CLAIMS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES RELATED TO MY ATTENDANCE, MY GUESTS’ ATTENDANCE, OR MY DOG’S ATTENDANCE.

THIS RELEASE INCLUDES CLAIMS CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF ANY RELEASED PARTY.

This release does not apply where enforcement is prohibited by law.

DAMAGE CAUSED BY ME OR MY DOG

I accept personal and financial responsibility for any injury, loss, or property damage caused by me, my guests, or my dog.

I agree to pay for related repairs, medical care, veterinary care, replacement costs, claims, or other expenses.

PHOTO AND VIDEO PERMISSION

I give Pampered Pooch Events permission to photograph, film, and record me, my guests, and my dog during the event.

I allow Pampered Pooch Events to edit, publish, and use this content for social media, websites, advertising, event recaps, and future marketing without payment or additional approval.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I have read and understand this waiver. I understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by accepting it.
