Haus of Wellness invites you to the most coveted wellness date of the summer: Poolside Pilates at The Sagamore Hotel. Flow through a full mat class led by Ebony Morrison of Squeezed Pilates, surrounded by cabanas, palm trees, and sparkling turquoise water.



After class, stay to unwind with pool lounge access and a swim, sip on fresh matcha, refuel at our hydration station, and take home an exclusive goodie bag.

Liability Waiver & Release: By registering for and attending Poolside Pilates at The Sagamore Hotel, hosted by Haus of Wellness, I acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, pool, and water activities carries inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, and water-related incidents.

I release and hold harmless Haus of Wellness, Squeezed Pilates, instructor Ebony Morrison, The Sagamore Hotel, and their respective staff, owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in this event, except in cases of gross negligence.

I confirm that I am physically fit to participate and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation in a pilates class or pool activities. I understand I swim and use the pool lounge at my own risk. I consent to receive photos or video taken during the event for promotional use by Haus of Wellness unless I notify staff otherwise on-site.
