We’ll begin with check-in at **5:15 PM**, followed by a **5:30 PM all-levels Pilates flow** set poolside. After movement, ease into a **guided shavasana reset** and **intentional journaling** to close out the experience with clarity and calm.

Enjoy **complimentary beverages and light snacks** as you relax, connect, and soak in the atmosphere.

I, the undersigned participant, understand that I am voluntarily participating in a Pilates class and related wellness activities, including but not limited to physical exercise, stretching, relaxation, journaling, and use of the poolside environment.
I acknowledge that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, falls, or other physical harm. I confirm that I am in suitable physical condition to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe involvement. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
I understand that this event takes place in a poolside setting, which may include wet surfaces and environmental factors. I accept full responsibility for my safety and agree to exercise caution at all times.
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless BODY Hot Pilates, Poolside Pilates Miami, Uma House by Yurbban South Beach, their owners, employees, instructors, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I understand that instructors may provide general guidance and physical cues, but I am responsible for modifying movements as needed and stopping activity if I experience discomfort or pain.
I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation, unless I notify the event organizers in writing prior to the event.
I understand that all sales are final and that the event may be rescheduled or modified due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
