Event: Poolside Pilates Miami at Society Wynwood

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This waiver and release of liability applies to all participants, whether ticket purchasers or guests, and is effective immediately upon registration.

1. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Poolside Pilates Miami at Society Wynwood, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and outdoor activity. I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, dehydration, or accidents.

I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in this event and agree that Poolside Pilates Miami, Emily Alfaro, Society Wynwood, event sponsors, instructors, staff, and vendors are not responsible or liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.

I certify that I am physically capable of participating and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in this activity. I agree to seek medical clearance if needed and will discontinue participation if I feel pain, discomfort, or distress.

2. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

I understand that this event may take place outdoors and that environmental factors (such as temperature, surface conditions, or weather) may affect my participation. I am responsible for maintaining hydration, pacing myself, and taking breaks as needed.

I release all event organizers, venue partners, and vendors from any responsibility for health issues, allergic reactions, or injuries that may arise during the event.

3. Media Release

I grant Poolside Pilates Miami and Emily Alfaro full permission to capture, use, and publish photos, videos, or other media of me taken during the event. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes indefinitely, without compensation or further approval.

I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final materials and release all parties from any claims related to such use.

4. Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings. Poolside Pilates Miami, Society Wynwood, and all event vendors are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the event.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I agree to these terms voluntarily and understand that this agreement is binding and enforceable by law.
