Porsche & Pilates Event Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket and attending Sleigh & Sculpt, I understand and agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participating in a mat Pilates class involves physical activity that may include stretching, balance work, strength movements, and other exercises. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I am doing so voluntarily and at my own risk.

I accept full responsibility for any injuries, health conditions, or physical limitations I may have, whether known or unknown, and I release all parties listed below from any liability related to my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless:
• Embody & Sculpt by Embody Label
• Embody Label LLC
• Jennifer Jimenez
• Instructor Alyssa Graves
• Porsche Tampa
from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during or after the event, including while changing, participating in the class, or consuming beverages on-site.

This release applies to all forms of negligence except those prohibited by law.

3. Photography + Content Use

I understand that this event will be photographed and filmed for marketing and promotional purposes for Embody Label and Embody & Sculpt. By attending, I grant permission for my likeness, image, and participation to be used without compensation.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

I understand that all ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person by contacting the host at Jenn@embodylabel.com.

5. Event Experience + Clothing

I understand that my Embody set will be provided at the event and I will have the opportunity to change on-site. I am responsible for selecting my size at checkout. Embody Label will bring a limited number of alternate sizes, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Once worn, sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Personal Belongings

I understand that Embody & Sculpt, Embody Label, and Leads Coffeehouse are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
