Pilates

I understand that participating in fitness and wellness activities, including but not limited to Pilates
classes, stretching, movement exercises, and related activities (collectively referred to as the
“Activities”), involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: muscle strains, falls,
slips, physical injury, illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, property damage, or other
unforeseen injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate in the Activities and knowingly assume all risks associated with
participation.
HEALTH CONFIRMATION
I certify that I am physically able to participate in the Activities and have not been advised otherwise by
a medical professional. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before
participating if I have any health concerns, injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations.
I agree to immediately stop participation and notify event staff if I experience pain, dizziness,
discomfort, or any medical concern during the event.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and
hold harmless:
• ConfidentCore
• See You Sunday
• The event organizers, instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates
• Porsche and the hosting dealership location, including its owners, employees, agents, and
representatives
from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or expenses arising out of or
related to any injury, loss, illness, damage, or accident that may occur as a result of my participation in
the Activities or presence at the event venue, including claims caused by negligence to the fullest
extent permitted by law.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and property brought to the event.
The released parties are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE
I grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event to be used by
ConfidentCore, sponsors, and partners for marketing, promotional, social media, and advertising
purposes without compensation or further approval.
CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to behave respectfully and safely during the event and understand that organizers reserve the
right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate without refund.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that:
