Join us Mondays from 6–7 PM for an energizing hour of movement, breath, and community at the Ion Plaza — a spacious outdoor hub where ideas grow and connection thrives. Whether you're winding down from work or meeting friends, this class offers the perfect weekly reset. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat, water bottle, and optional towel. Please arrive 15–20 minutes early to sign a waiver and get settled. We'll see you there!
