Transfiguration Fitness LLC - Power Hour Sprinting Class Waiver and Release of Liability

NOTICE: By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that participation in the Power Hour Sprinting Class involves physical activity that may carry inherent risks. You are agreeing to release Transfiguration Fitness LLC, its employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and volunteers (collectively referred to as “the Company”) from all liability related to your participation.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in the Power Hour Sprinting Class involves strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to sprinting, running drills, and other high-intensity exercises. I am aware that such activities can result in injury, illness, or other health-related complications, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heart attacks, and other injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Medical Disclaimer

I understand that the Power Hour Sprinting Class is not a medically supervised program and that Transfiguration Fitness LLC is not responsible for monitoring my health status. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in such activities. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program. If I experience any health concerns during participation, I agree to cease activity immediately and seek appropriate medical attention.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Power Hour Sprinting Class, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Transfiguration Fitness LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, sponsors, event organizers, and any associated parties for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or as a result of participation, including those caused by negligence, accidents, or unforeseen incidents.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Transfiguration Fitness LLC from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising from my participation in the Power Hour Sprinting Class.

5. Image & Media Release

I grant permission to Transfiguration Fitness LLC to use any photographs, videos, or media recordings taken during the event for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes without compensation. I waive all claims related to the use of my likeness in such materials.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I am aware that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I sign this waiver voluntarily and without inducement.


IMPORTANT: If you do not agree to any part of this waiver, you may not participate in the Power Hour Sprinting Class.
