Our next PPA yoga class will take place Saturday, September 26th at 9AM at the Vegan Nom Food Truck Park! 

🏃As many of us start gearing up for race season, this class will focus on slowing down and tending to the parts of our bodies that are working hard to keep us moving. It will combine traditional vinyasa flows with gentle mobility exercises. 

✨ All levels welcome (and you don’t have to be a runner/walker to join!). Bring a mat and a water bottle.

🌮 Afterward, feel free to hang out for brunch at the Vegan Nom.
