WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities organized by Team FloJo Run Club (the “Club”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
 1.	Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in running, jogging, and social activities organized by the Club involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, dehydration, weather conditions, traffic hazards, and the effects of alcohol. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
 2.	Health and Fitness Certification
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any concerns about my ability to participate.
 3.	Release of Liability
I release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club, its owners, officers, members, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated entities from any claims, liabilities, or damages, including but not limited to injury, death, property damage, or any other losses arising from my participation in Club activities.
 4.	Alcohol Consumption
If I choose to consume alcohol at any Club-related social events, I do so at my own risk and assume full responsibility for my actions. I agree that the Club and its organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or legal consequences resulting from alcohol consumption.
 5.	Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club, its owners, officers, and members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from my actions, including those involving alcohol use, negligence, or failure to abide by safety guidelines.
 6.	Photography & Media Release
I grant permission for the Club to use any photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during events for promotional or marketing purposes.
 7.	Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it, agreeing to be legally bound by its terms.
