PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By participating in any Presence event, activity, or experience, I understand that physical activities such as running, walking, and movement involve inherent risks.

These risks may include, but are not limited to, falls, collisions, uneven terrain, weather conditions, physical injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to participate and accept full responsibility for my own safety, health, pacing, hydration, and personal decisions before, during, and after the event.



2. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & DISCLAIMER

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional.

I understand that Presence does not provide medical supervision or advice. I am responsible for monitoring my condition and will seek medical attention if needed.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Presence organizers to seek medical assistance on my behalf at my own expense.



3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation and release Presence Run Club, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliated locations from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage related to my participation.

This includes any claims arising from the negligence of the released parties.



4. INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Presence Run Club and its organizers from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my participation in any Presence event or activity.



5. COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITY & CONDUCT

I understand that Presence is a community-based experience and that I am responsible for my actions at all times.

Presence reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.



6. PERSONAL PROPERTY DISCLAIMER

I understand that Presence is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during any event or activity.



7. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Presence the right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, or other media of me for promotional, marketing, or community purposes.



8. AGE REQUIREMENT

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old.

If under 18, I will only participate with a parent or legal guardian present who has provided consent.



9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By submitting this form or participating in any Presence event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
