**2. Release of Liability**
You release Giggly Skin, halo+, Nightcap, event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in this event. This includes injuries, accidents, property loss, or reactions to products or services.

**3. Medical Disclaimer**
You understand that no services, treatments, or recommendations offered at the event constitute medical advice. Please consult your own medical provider before trying any product, service, or treatment if you have concerns.

**4. Vendor Products & Services**
Any products or services you choose to try or purchase from vendors are provided directly by those vendors. hālo+ and Nightcap are not liable for vendor activities, claims, or product outcomes.

**5. Photography & Media Release**
Photography and videography will take place at the event. By entering the premises, you grant hālo+ and event partners permission to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, social media, and marketing without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff at check-in.

**6. Personal Belongings**
You are responsible for your own personal items. Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen property.

**7. Wellness & Illness Disclaimer**
You acknowledge the inherent risks of attending in-person events and agree that hālo+ and participating partners are not responsible for illness or exposure of any kind.
