NCAT CHAARG x PRETTYSTRONG presents: NEUTRAL GROUND 🤎
Neutral tones. Strong energy.

The neutral is the look: cream, taupe, caramel, mocha, chocolate, espresso.
The ground is where we come together to lift, sculpt, sweat, and build confidence.

So yeah… we’re meeting on Neutral Ground, but we’re definitely not training BASIC.
Expect 2 main lifts, a PrettyStrong Sculpt + Strength block, good music, and even better energy.

Sept. 28 | 6:00 PM
Registration required | Limited spots
Come neutral. Leave stronger.
