Close out Pride month under the Chicago sky on the Center on Halsted rooftop for LIZLATES Pilates Pride Party!



Expect a 45-minute Mat Pilates class focused on core activation and booty burn! After a spicy, beginner-friendly Pilates class led by LIZLATES, mingle amongst the LGBTQ+ hotties, drink in hand, dancing on the rooftop! Wear a color-coded bracelet to signify your relationship status and maybe you'll make an unexpected connection 😉



**Timeline**:

✨ 11-11:30am: Check in, select your stoplight-coded bracelet, grab a drink, mingle & settle in

✨ 11:30am-12:15pm: Pilates class

✨ 12:15-1:00pm: Social - drinks, dancing, goodie bags, raffle



Attendees will receive a goodie bag and will be entered into the raffles from our sponsors!  MATS ARE PROVIDED!!



Option to add the Signature Cocktail to your ticket. There will be a bar to order from throughout the event as well! This event is 21+, please bring your ID.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that Pilates is a physical exercise method that may include stretching, strengthening, balance, and conditioning movements. I acknowledge that participation carries certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, or more serious injury. I accept full responsibility for evaluating my own physical condition and deciding whether to participate.



Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge LIZLATES LLC,  NORTHALSTED BUSINESS ALLIANCE, and CENTER ON HALSTED, along with their respective owners, officers, directors, board members, instructors, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, and representatives (collectively referred to as the "Released Parties")  from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in this Pilates class.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may incur due to my voluntary participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.



Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in Pilates exercises.
I have disclosed any health conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my ability to participate.
I understand that no medical personnel will be provided, and I assume full responsibility for my health during the class.
If an injury or emergency occurs, I consent to medical treatment and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.


Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow the instructor's guidance and respect my own physical limits.
I will immediately stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
I understand that the Released Parties is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.


Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for LIZLATES LLC and the NORTHALSTED BUSINESS ALLIANCE, as well as any media partners brought by these entities, to photograph, video record, and/or otherwise capture my image and voice during this event. I authorize the use of such media for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or the context in which it appears, and I release all parties listed above from any liability related to the use of my likeness, image, or voice.



Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still be valid and enforceable.
