Mat, props, towels, and lockers are provided.

Open your hips, release your lower back, and get into the best mental and physical shape of your life. 

Customize exercises to work on the areas that need more attention and use props to get into perceived challenging poses. 

Tone, stimulate, and promote cell regeneration for hair, skin, and nails while looking inward and rejuvinating the entire body.

The private session also gets you a complimentary day pass that does not include spa treatments. There are $200+ therapies available for purchase separately through the establishment. You will have access to a tea lounge and steam room ammeneties before or after your fitness experience.

Please give 24 hour+ notice to reschedule (within 30 days) or transfer, refunds are not permitted after this window. Please arrive 15 min prior.
