RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF CLAIMS
By registering for and participating in Project Glute Camp, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that Project Glute Camp involves physical activity, including but not limited to strength training, resistance exercises, and high-intensity movement. These activities carry inherent risks, including muscle strain, joint injury, dizziness, falls, cardiovascular stress, or other physical injuries.
I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.
2. Health Acknowledgment
I affirm that:
I am physically capable of participating in moderate to high-intensity exercise
I have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participation
I am either medically cleared to exercise or choose to participate at my own risk
I understand that Project Glute Camp does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
3. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Project Glute Camp, Grow With O LLC, its owners, coaches, trainers, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, accident, or loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
I acknowledge that Project Glute Camp is not responsible for any injury, accident, or health issue that may occur during or after participation.
4. Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for:
Monitoring my own physical condition
Modifying or stopping exercises as needed
Informing coaches of discomfort, pain, or dizziness
I acknowledge that coaching instruction is not a substitute for professional medical care.
5. Media Release
I grant Project Glute Camp permission to photograph, record, and use my likeness, voice, or image captured during the event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, without compensation.
6. No Refund Policy
I acknowledge that all sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or transfers for any Project Glute Camp classes or packages, for any reason.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
8. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below (electronically or physically), I confirm that:
I have read and understand this waiver in its entirety
I voluntarily agree to all terms stated above
I am participating in Project Glute Camp of my own free will
