Beginner Volleyball Training | 3PM-4PM | 9/26

This one-hour beginner training session will focus on ball control and passing fundamentals. 🏐

Players will work through simple, structured drills designed to improve their Hitting , Arm Swing, Ball Rotation and overall confidence with the hitting

Perfect for newer/intermediate  players looking to build a strong foundation and become more comfortable on the court.

Coached by David Silva at Project Serve Beach at the Domain.

Please arrive early and on time to warm up/stay on pace with instructor.
