Start the morning with an energizing Pilates + HIIT workout, move to the rhythm of a live DJ set by DJ Gato, and stay for a vibrant brunch social at the beautiful PLAYA venue.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in Pulse & Flow, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a physical fitness event that may include activities such as Pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), stretching, and other forms of exercise.

I understand that participation in physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or other health complications.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any health concerns.

By attending this event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Inspired Collective, Pulse & Flow, the event organizers, instructors, DJs, vendors, venue partners (including PLAYA), and any affiliated staff or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of my participation in this event.

I also grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by the event organizers.

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
