11:00am- 45min class starts

11:45am- shop the holiday market

Bring a mat, towel and water!&#x20;

ALSO this time we are adding on a Bring Your Bestie Promo!! You can purchase one ticket at regular cost ($27) or two tickets for you and a bestie at $40! So call up your bestie and tell them you have plans on December 14th! See you then!&#x20;

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in an outdoor Pilates class involves physical activity that may include stretching, balance, core work, cardio, and other movements. I acknowledge that outdoor conditions (such as uneven ground, weather, temperature, noise, or nearby crowds) may increase risks. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, accident, or property damage that may result from participating in this activity.

2. Health & Physical Condition
I certify that I am in good physical condition and able to participate in this class. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop immediately if I feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. I understand that Pulse Pilates instructors are not medical professionals and cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions.

3. Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Pulse Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, event partners, and the Holiday Market organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.

4. Outdoor Environment & Weather
I acknowledge that the class will take place outdoors and that Pulse Pilates may adjust, shorten, or cancel the class due to weather or unsafe conditions. I understand it is my responsibility to bring appropriate clothing, hydration, and any personal items I may need.

5. Photo & Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for Pulse Pilates to use photographs or video of me taken during the class for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

6. COVID-19 / Illness Acknowledgment
I confirm that I am not experiencing symptoms of contagious illness. I understand that participating in group fitness activities may increase the risk of exposure and that Pulse Pilates is not responsible for any resulting illness.
