Outdoor wellness experience designed to move your body, connect you with like-minded people, and give you a preview of the Pura Vida lifestyle. This event blends intentional movement, mindful fitness, and community in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

We’ll begin with check-in, mingling, icebreakers, and a gentle warm-up to help everyone feel grounded and comfortable. From there, the movement portion will unfold in two intentional parts:

The workout kicks off with a 20-minute Pilates session led by Daisy, focusing on core strength, stability, and controlled movement. Expect a strong yet approachable flow that builds awareness, balance, and breath connection.

Next, Gizelle will guide a 20-minute full-body functional movement session, combining functional strength, light cardio, mobility, stretching, and intentional movement. This portion is designed to energize your body, support longevity, and leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and centered.

We’ll wrap up with a calming cool-down, followed by time to continue mingling and explore our curated lineup of local vendors, including The Box Doc, Illume MD Aesthetics, Lou Candles, Sole Purpose by Jar, Emaculate beading - permanent jewelry and Marla Jade Designs. Shop small, connect with the community, and enjoy the full experience.

I acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dizziness, dehydration, or other physical conditions. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and do not have any medical condition that would prevent me from safely engaging in physical activity. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event hosts, instructors, organizers, venue, vendors, and affiliates — including but not limited to Gizelle Rodriguez, Gains by G, Altura Travel Co., Daisy [Last Name], Faith Flow Pilates, and the event venue — from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
