This retreat is located in Nosara, a part of the Nicoya peninsula. This region is also part of the world’s **Blue Zones**: places known for longevity, strong community ties, daily movement, and a more intentional relationship with time and nature. We’ll get to experience the life they surround themselves with and we’ll get to eat the same food they do.



Costa Rica holds a special place in my heart. I was born here and still have family here, so bringing this community back to the land that helped shape part of who I am, feels especially meaningful. 



### **This isn’t just a yoga retreat.**



You’ll learn how to weave yoga into your real, everyday life. You’ll practice how to slow down and be present. We’ll practice on the mat, but we’ll also practice in the in-between moments: the way we walk, eat, rest, and connect.



Expect gentle yet meaningful yoga, nourishing meals, ocean time, and moments of shared connection. Each day is guided by three intentions: ***softening the pace, reconnecting to your body, and rediscovering joy through simplicity.***



Everything is optional. This is your time.



This Pura Vida Yoga Retreat invites exploration,  movement, and presence through discovery. This retreat will have plenty of time to rest & relax without guilt, soften the nervous system, and return to stillness.
