We’re taking your favorite workouts indoors this summer so you can keep showing up without the Arizona heat slowing you down!

Join us for a special 2-part event series in collaboration with Abbey Joy Pilates, Saturday, May 30th join us for Part 1 of this series.

Pick from 2 class times:

* 11:30am (Arrive at 11 to check-in)
* 12:45pm (Arrive at 12:15 to check-in)

Each class will be 50 minutes, starting with a PVOLVE warmup + weight training session focused on building strength, stability and mobility, followed Abbey’s signature spicy mat pilates to finish.

Ticket includes
