q4 is the quarter where every meeting is urgent and none of them are about you. **this one is.**



on sabatical™ **q4 recovery** is a three-hour, 30-person edition for women who have been operating at capacity since roughly march. one mat pilates class, then an unstructured afternoon of the things that keep getting pushed to next week. *consider it a calendar hold that nobody can move.*



**who it's for**



this is for the woman who is *very* good at her job and has not made a new friend since 2019. the one who answers "how are you" with a status update. who has twenty people she talks to every day and nobody she would text on a sunday.&#x20;



**recovery is not something you do alone in a dark room with your phone.** it happens in a room with other people who also cancelled on themselves this year. you will not be asked to network. you will not have to explain what you do. you will sit next to someone, and by the end you will know her name. that is the entire deliverable.

**11:00 am.** doors and check-in

**11:15 am to 12:00 pm.** mat pilates, all levels, taught by saba

**12:00 to 2:00 pm.** recovery lounge exploration

a liability waiver is signed at check-in. this is a movement and recovery event, not medical or therapeutic care. please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and let the instructor know about any injuries before class. ages 18 and up.

***tickets are non-refundable**, but they are transferable. if your calendar wins, send someone who needs this more than their inbox needs them. email us the new name before october 16.*
