RABBITHOLE: The First Descent

Meet RABBITHOLE, Fort Lauderdale’s newest Lagree and social wellness studio, coming early 2027. We’re bringing movement, music and community together: a place to challenge yourself, meet your people and stay for the energy.

The First Descent is our official brand launch and your first taste of what’s coming. Join us Saturday, November 21, 2026, from noon–4pm at Kemistry in Fort Lauderdale for a Saturday Dayger combining Lagree micro-doses, live DJ sets, wellness activations, local vendors and afters.

Try a 25-minute Lagree micro-dose led by Master Lagree Trainer Hannah, or come for the music, explore the activations and meet the community. You don’t need to book a workout to be part of the launch. Lost Sol + Special Guests set the soundtrack, with a full bar available for purchase. This is an 18+ event; alcohol service is 21+ with valid ID.

WHAT’S A LAGREE MICRO-DOSE?
