Begin your journey into deep healing with a sacred cacao ceremony and transformative sound bath led by experienced yoga instructor and sound healer Laura Moir.

**Experience Flow:**

We'll gather to honor the ancient heart-opening ritual in a cacao ceremony. Together, we'll set intentions, share blessings, and connect with the joy and magic of this sacred plant medicine through circle sharing and medicine songs (20 minutes).

Settle into your most comfortable position—seated or lying down—as Laura guides you through a full hour of immersive sound healing. Using an exquisite array of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and rainsticks, you'll be transported into a profound state of relaxation and inner harmony.

Following the sound bath, we'll have an indoor picnic with nourishing tea and delicious sweet and savory snacks that are Vegan and Gluten-Free as we gently return to the present moment.

Sacred circle, blessings, and medicine songs as we honor the heart-opening ritual of cacao

**1:00 PM** - Sound Bath Journey
Settle into a comfortable seated or lying position for a one-hour immersive sound healing experience with crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and rainsticks.

**2:00 PM** - Tea & Nourishment
Enjoy energizing or stress-relief tea with sweet and savory snacks that are vegetarian and gluten-free

*Please arrive on time to fully experience the opening ceremony. Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, and any cushions or props for your comfort during the sound bath. There are bolsters, blankets, and blocks to borrow.*

I understand that ceremonial cacao will be offered during this event and that participation in the cacao ceremony is entirely optional. Alternative tea will be provided for those who choose not to consume cacao.
I acknowledge that cacao contains naturally occurring stimulants, including caffeine and theobromine, and may interact with certain medications or health conditions. I understand that cacao may not be suitable for individuals who:
Are pregnant or nursing

Are taking other medications that may interact with cacao
