We’re starting something new — and we’re keeping it simple.

Join us for a relaxed 3.1-mile community run as we kick off the very first Rave Runners ATX meet-up. This is a soft launch, which means small group, easy pace, and good vibes. **Mac Burns will be setting the vibe with a special morning set** to get us moving and keep the energy high.

We’ll have an official **9:00 mile pace group** and a **Party Pace (11:00+ mile)** so everyone has a comfortable option.

8:30 AM – Meet Up & Pre-Party
9:00 AM – Run Starts
9:30 AM – After Party & Mingle

Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

I understand that participating in a Rave Runners ATX run involves physical activity, including running and walking outdoors, and may involve risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, traffic, and other participants.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to participate in this event and understand that running and outdoor fitness activities involve inherent risks. I assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

2. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Rave Runners ATX, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation.

3. Personal Responsibility

I confirm that:

I am physically able to participate.

I will follow traffic laws and safety guidelines.

I will respect other participants and the public.

I will not hold Rave Runners ATX responsible for personal belongings.

4. Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.

5. Photo & Media Release

I grant permission to Rave Runners ATX to use photos or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes on social media, website, and marketing materials.
