Grab your team and join us for a Halloween-themed day of volleyball at McAllister Park!
This tournament is a Digtoberfest Prep Tournament, giving teams a chance to get quality reps in before Digtoberfest on October 25, hosted by Club 210.

Tournament Day Schedule
9:30 AM — Check-In
9:45 AM — Captains Meeting
10:00 AM — First Serve
All team captains are required to attend the 9:45 AM Captains Meeting. Captains will receive their team packet and important tournament-day information to relay to their players.
Please arrive with enough time to check in before the meeting.

Tournament Format:
Pool Play

• 4 pool-play matches guaranteed
• 2 sets to 21
• No point cap - win by 2
• 45-minute time slots
• The time limit serves as the cap

Bracket Play

• Single-elimination bracket
• Best 2 out of 3 sets
• Sets 1 & 2 played to 21
• Set 3 played to 15
• No point cap - win by 2
• 50-minute match limit
• The time limit serves as the cap

Rosters, Subs & Free Agents:
Teams are made up of 4 players, and all rosters must be finalized by 9:00 PM on October 16.
If your team needs help finding a substitute before the roster deadline, please contact RAVE Volleyball. We’ll do our best to help connect you with an available player.
Players who do not currently have a team may also contact RAVE about free agent opportunities. We cannot guarantee placement, but we will help connect players and teams whenever possible.
All substitute and free agent inquiries must be submitted by October 16 at 9:00 PM.

Halloween Costume Contest 🎃
Costumes are highly encouraged!
Teams can coordinate a full group costume, or players can come dressed individually. Costumes should still allow players to compete safely and comfortably.
🏆 The best-dressed team will win our costume contest! 10 raffle tickets up for grabs!

What to Bring:
RAVE will have tents and water available, but players and spectators are encouraged to come prepared for a full day outside.
We recommend bringing:

• Chairs
• Coolers
• Your own tent or canopy
• Plenty of water and other non-alcoholic drinks
• Food and snacks
• Sunscreen
• Any other personal game-day essentials
  RAVE will have some volleyballs available, but players are also encouraged to bring their own.

Registration & Refunds:
Teams may receive a full refund through October 16. After the refund deadline, registration fees are non-refundable.

Tournament schedules, additional details, weather updates, and day-of information will be communicated to registered teams and posted through RAVE Volleyball.
