 Get ready to move, sweat, and connect. Welcome to the **RAW HYROX Run Club Series**—a high-energy, hybrid experience designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are training for a race or just looking for an incredible Sunday community vibe, this is where you want to be.

——— HOW THE MORNING RUNS ———

* **8:00 AM | Doors Open:** Check in, gear up, and connect.
* **8:15 AM | Group Warm-Up:** We move as one. A group dynamic warm-up that sets the tone for everything that follows.
* **8:20 AM | Main Workout:** 30 minutes of structured, coached, high-output work. A Hyrox-style conditioning circuit for all levels! 
* **9:00 AM | Group Run:** We all hit the pavement together for a 2–3K group run through Chicago. Lead coach at the front. Sweep coach at the back. No one left behind!
* **9:40 AM | Cooldown & Social:** Finishing back up at the gym — brand activations, sampling, product drops, and the kind of post-workout hang that makes you want to come back every time.
* **10:00 AM - 12:00 PM | Open Gym**

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, exhaustion, or other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
2. Liability Release & Hold Harmless
I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the event organizers, hosts, leaders, and venue partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me while participating in this event.
3. Medical Acknowledgment
I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no medical impairment that would prevent my safe participation. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the organizers to secure necessary medical treatment at my own expense.
4. Media & Photo Release
I understand that photos and videos may be taken during this event for promotional, social media, and community purposes (including SweatPals). By attending, I grant the organizers permission to use my likeness in these materials.
