R&B Burn & Brunch Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the R&B Burn & Brunch event (“Event”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
    Participant understands that the Event includes physical fitness activities (including but not limited to exercise, movement, and wellness activities) and food and beverage consumption. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, accidents, or property loss.
2. Medical Responsibility
    Participant affirms that they are physically able to participate in fitness activities and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. Participant understands it is their responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity if needed.
3. Release of Liability
    Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Event host, organizers, affiliates, vendors, venue, and staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, loss, or harm that may occur as a result of participation in the Event, including but not limited to those related to physical activity, food and beverage consumption, or use of the venue.
4. Food & Beverage Disclaimer
    Participant acknowledges that food and beverages will be served and assumes all risks related to consumption, including but not limited to food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. Participant agrees that it is their responsibility to inquire about ingredients and make safe choices.
5. Personal Property
    Participant acknowledges that the Event host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6. Photo & Video Release
    Participant grants permission for photos and videos taken during the Event to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
7. Agreement
    By attending the Event, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver and release of liability in full.
