Realm Reset is a bi-weekly evening gathering created as a simple, grounding reset for the nervous system.

The **"Listening Ceremony"** is an immersive evening sound experience designed to support presence, regulation, and deep listening.

Using wireless headphones, participants are guided through a curated journey of voice, ambient soundscapes, live instrumentation, and subtle guidance received directly through the headset. Blending ancient practices with modern technology, this uniquely intimate format creates a deeper sense of immersion, allowing each participant to journey inward while sharing space in community.

The intention is not to fix or perform, but to soften, receive, and reconnect with yourself through sound.

This is a welcoming, low-pressure environment. No prior experience is needed, and there is no participation or sharing required.

Come as you are.
