*Join us for a nurturing postpartum wellness pop-up designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems & community through movement, restoration & connection.*

**<u>In this experience, you can expect:</u>**

* \- A gentle yoga practice with interactive lymphatic drainage techniques woven throughout
* \- A postpartum wellness panel focused on recovery, support & real-life motherhood experiences
* \- Time to connect, mingle & collaborate with other moms in a supportive space
* \- Local wellness vendors offering resources & community-centered offerings

This event is designed for all post-birth moms. Whether you are newly postpartum or further along in your motherhood journey. **If you’ve had a baby, this is for you.**

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Purpose of the Pop-Up

Bella Valore Wellness offers wellness experiences designed to provide support, education, movement, and community connection for individuals navigating different stages of life and well-being.

Reclaiming Your Body: A Mom Event is intended to support post-birth mothers through gentle movement, restorative wellness practices, guided discussion, and community connection. This event is not a substitute for medical, physical therapy, mental health, or postpartum healthcare services, but may complement ongoing care and support overall well-being.

Confidentiality

Bella Valore Wellness is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Information shared with facilitators will be treated respectfully and confidentially within the limits of the law.

Because portions of this event include group discussion and community interaction, confidentiality among participants cannot be guaranteed. We ask all attendees to respect the privacy and experiences of others and refrain from sharing personal information discussed during the event outside of the space.

Limits of Confidentiality

By law, facilitators must break confidentiality if:

There is reason to believe you may harm yourself or others.
There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult.
Records are subpoenaed by a court of law.
Participation Expectations

This pop-up includes gentle movement, wellness education, discussion, and community interaction. Participation is always voluntary, and attendees are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level.

Participants are expected to:

Respect the experiences, boundaries, and privacy of others.
Participate mindfully within their own physical limits.
Refrain from recording audio, video, or photography during the event without explicit permission from Bella Valore Wellness and all participants involved.

This event is intended to provide moms with intentional time to focus on themselves, their well-being, and community connection. For this reason, children will not be permitted during the event.

This event includes gentle yoga movement and wellness-based body practices. By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume responsibility for listening to your body and modifying movements as needed.

Your ticket includes a gentle postpartum yoga experience with interactive lymphatic drainage techniques incorporated throughout class, access to a postpartum wellness panel, and intentional time to mingle, connect & collaborate with fellow moms in a supportive community-centered environment. Participants will also have the opportunity to explore local wellness vendors, offerings, and resources designed to support moms throughout their postpartum journey.
