Join Coach Jackie & Coach Perla in a recovery & mobility workshop, hosted by The Counterculture and One Way Boxing Club x UNDEFINED. 

This 90 minute workshop is designed for amateur athletes & the everyday mover & lifter. It will cover… 

- intro to breathwork: for sport & regulating your nervous system 
- intro to myofascial release: including learning how to release tension using a tennis ball & foam roller, for recovery and improved range of motion 
- understanding of dynamic vs static stretch & examples of both for hips, shoulders, neck, & more 
- a full body mobility flow for better movement & “movement snacks” to utilize throughout your day, at your desk, & more
- tips for getting the most of your recovery: emphasizing how stress impacts our body 
- an opportunity to connect, discuss, & share on other topics relating to nutrition for recovery, sleep habits, & more 

This workshop is designed for all bodies & abilities and is led by a trauma-informed & weight inclusive Coach. It is especially beneficial for boxers and desk workers to open up your hips & chest to reduce pain and improve movement. 

It is also ideal for anyone who struggles to know proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and just general recovery! Whether that’s recovering from stress, sport, movement, or all the above.

Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring your own water bottle.
