May 17th we’re bringing the energy to Finch Coffee in Franklin Park for a Run + Pilates Community Flow where movement meets connection.

We’re also introducing our exclusive Red Flag Latte collaboration with Finch ☕️🚩

Schedule:
Check-in: 7:45 AM
Run (2 miles): 8:00 AM jog, run, or walk
Pilates Flow: 8:30 AM (30 min session)
Hang + Coffee: 9:00 AM

Bring your mat, pull up with your people, and stay after to hang at Finch.

RED FLAG PILATES – LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

By attending and participating in the Red Flag Pilates event hosted by Inspired Collective, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in physical activities including running, Pilates, and fitness classes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, falls, muscle strain, or other health-related issues. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with these activities.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely engaging in this event. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Inspired Collective, its owners, instructors, staff, partners (including Finch Coffee), and any affiliated venues from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after participation in the event.

I understand that this event may include photography and videography. By attending, I grant permission for my image and likeness to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by event staff and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in removal from the event.

By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
