RELEASE is an immersive breathwork ritual designed to help you let it go — not by talking about it, but by moving it through your body, where it actually lives.



You'll arrive into a held, intentional space. You will arrive to clarity of what you need to release. And then the breath will do what the breath does: move what's stuck, open what's been closed, bring you back to yourself.



You'll leave feeling lighter and empowered. Free.

**WHAT IS RESET BREATHWORK?**

RESET Breathwork is a guided 3-part conscious connected breathwork experience, where you let go of stress, "stuck thoughts" emotional baggage, and old patterns that are holding you back.

This transformational practice will get you out of your HEAD and into your HEART- leaving you feeling light, calm, grounded, and CLEAR.

You'll be using this simple yet powerful 3-part breathing practice with music and my guidance while laying down.

Many who have experienced this style of Breathwork describe it as MIND BLOWING and LIFE CHANGING.

Breathwork

1. Acknowledgment of Breathwork Practice

I understand that I will be participating in a RESET Breathwork session, which uses a conscious, connected 3-part breath that may lead to physical, emotional, or energetic release. Sessions may include guided visualization, meditation, music, essential oils, and other supportive modalities.

2. Health Conditions

I confirm that I do not currently have, nor have I experienced in the past, any of the following conditions unless cleared by my physician:

Cardiovascular disease

High blood pressure

Glaucoma

Retinal detachment

Osteoporosis

Recent physical injuries or surgeries

Seizure disorders

Severe mental illness

Pregnancy

If I do have any of these conditions, I certify that my doctor has approved my participation.

3. Assumption of Risk

I understand that there may be risks associated with participating in breathwork, including physical, mental, emotional, or psychological discomfort. Although rare, risks may include fainting, panic, anxiety, dizziness, strong emotional release, or in extremely rare cases, injury or death.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily choosing to participate and assume full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown.

4. Not a Medical or Therapeutic Service

I understand that The Breathwork Club Naples and its facilitators are not medical professionals, therapists, psychologists, or healthcare providers. Breathwork is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care.

5. Personal Responsibility

I certify that:

I am physically, mentally, and emotionally able to participate.

I will listen to my body and stop or modify my participation if needed.

I will notify the facilitator of any concerns before the session begins.

If at any time I experience discomfort or feel unsafe, I will stop immediately.

6. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless The Breathwork Club Naples, its owners, facilitators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, injury, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise from participation in breathwork sessions, including those caused by negligence.

This release applies to me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.

7. COVID-19 Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that participating in a group activity carries a risk of exposure to COVID-19 and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

8. Arbitration Agreement

I agree that any legal or equitable claim related to this waiver or my participation will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the state of Florida, and not through court litigation.
