Reset and recharge in our wellness zone with yoga, mobility, and recovery-focused sessions designed to balance the intensity and help you feel your best.

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to spin, bootcamp, boxing, dance, yoga, mobility, and other physical exercises, involves inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, or injury
Falls or accidents
Equipment-related injuries
Physical exertion that may lead to dizziness, fainting, or other complications

I voluntarily choose to participate in these activities and accept all risks associated with my participation.

Medical Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

I understand that:

I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition
I should stop immediately if I feel discomfort, pain, dizziness, or distress
I should consult a physician prior to participation if needed
Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge:

Event organizers, staff, volunteers, instructors, vendors, sponsors, and affiliates

from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event, including any injury, illness, or damage that may occur.

Emergency Medical Treatment

I authorize event staff to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Media Release

I grant permission to Release the Vibe ATL and its partners to capture and use photos, videos, and other media of me for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Conduct myself respectfully toward staff, vendors, and participants
