Get ready to break a sweat and enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting.

The style of workout is body weight circuit training. I will keep things high energy by switching between AMRAPs, EMOMs, HIIT, SAQ, plyometrics, and more. Not sure what those are? Don’t worry - I review every workout in detail and all movements can be substituted for others based on any injuries you may have.

If you have a piece of gym equipment (kettlebell, jumprope, bands, etc), please feel free to bring it and we can try to incorporate it.
