Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in yoga, meditation, and/or sound healing activities offered by Soul Adventures ATX. I understand that these practices may involve physical movement, sound frequencies, and relaxation techniques. I acknowledge that participation involves certain inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur.

Health & Medical Clearance
I certify that I am in good physical, mental, and emotional health. I am not pregnant or under medical treatment that would make participation unsafe. I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation, if needed.

Liability Release
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Soul Adventures ATX, its instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage arising out of or connected with my participation.

Media Release
I give permission to use any photographs, video, or audio taken during the event for promotional or educational purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of such media. (If I prefer not to be photographed, I will notify the instructor before the event begins.)

No Refund Policy
All sales are final. I understand that tickets or bookings for events and classes are non-refundable. Transfers can be made up to 24 hours ahead of the event start time by contacting the host. 

By signing or attending, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.
