### What to Expect:

**The Sound Bath**
The main event -- Let go as you experience a powerful sound journey while floating in yoga slings. (No water/pools)

This 60 minute journey is an immersive, full-spectrum sound experience designed to bring you deep relaxation and a sense of harmony as the sounds wash over you, all while immersed in the natural surroundings.

**Creative Reflection**
After the sound journey, channel your insights and feelings onto a canvas in a **hands-on creative reflection session**. This activity encourages you to express the emotions stirred during the sound bath, whether through colors, shapes, or textures, making it a beautiful way to integrate and release the experience.

**Burning Circle**
This sacred space invites participants to reflect on their journey, write down intentions or emotions, and symbolically release them by burning the paper in the fire.

As we reflect and connect, enjoy making s’mores, closing the night with warmth and community.

**& More**
In addition to the main offerings, enjoy a variety of smaller experiences that deepen the connection. Plunge in a **temperature controlled cold plunge**, stop by **essential oil stations**, contribute to a **collective flower mandala**, and indulge in an array of **snacks and drinks**, **all included in your ticket**. Each element is designed to enrich your evening and provide moments of joy, creativity, and connection.

**LilyAna Fonte (aLilyKat)**
Born and raised in Miami with deep Afro-Cuban roots, Lily (aLilyKat) is a multi-faceted sound practitioner, blending the worlds of music and healing. As a DJ in Miami’s vibrant scene and a dedicated sound healing practitioner, she works across the entire spectrum of sound. As a **Holy Fire Reiki Master and intuitive chanter**, Lilyana integrates sacred modalities to create transformative, immersive experiences. 🪐

Lilyana specializes in curating unforgettable wellness experiences throughout South Florida and runs the operations for 420 Space Yoga, welcoming over 200 participants every Saturday.

In addition to her wellness work, Lilyana is a skilled freelance videographer and digital creative, excelling in crafting captivating experience reels for wellness events and large-scale activations.

**Rob Newmans (AcroYoda)**
A multifaceted practitioner who has seamlessly merged his passions for sound healing and physical fitness into a harmonious lifestyle. Rob's journey into the world of sound and vibration began at transformative sound healing events, where he discovered the profound sense of balance and relaxation that resonated within him. Enamored by this experience, he delved into the **realm of vibrational instruments, including alchemy singing bowls, chimes, gongs, didgeridoo, and flute, amassing a collection over 8 years.** Rob's expertise extends beyond personal enjoyment, as he has curated immersive sound experiences for yoga classes, Thai and Vibe events, ceremonies, festivals, and private healing sessions, enriching the mental and physical well-being of his community.

Simultaneously, Rob has mastered the art of finding equilibrium and joy through physical movement. With over a decade of experience as an instructor in acroyoga, slackline, dragonstaff, and rope dart, he has become a pillar in the fitness community. **Certified as a YogaSlacker and an AcroYoga teacher** based in Miami Beach for over a decade, Rob passionately shares his knowledge, inspiring others to pursue their own paths and discover happiness through movement and self-discovery.

**Megan Newmans**

A full-time holistic health coach, yoga teacher, and essential oil educator, seamlessly balancing her passions as a part-time world traveler, thrill-seeker, acrobat, and oil fairy! She curates destination yoga retreats, offering an immersive experience in her multifaceted approach to mind-body health.

Megan specializes in lifestyle transformation and habit creation, utilizing easy-to-integrate natural and healing rituals. Her approach to experiencing a vibrant life incorporates a variety of modalities, empowering others to discover their full potential and embrace the freedom to live an inspired and fulfilled life.

Safety Waiver

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participating in activities at this event, including but not limited to the floating sound bath, yoga, fire-related activities, canvas painting, and other offerings, involves physical movement and potential risks. I accept full responsibility for any injuries, health conditions, or incidents that may occur during or as a result of my participation.
Health and Safety:
I confirm that I am in good health, physically able to participate in the activities offered, and have consulted with a healthcare professional if necessary. I will inform the event organizers of any medical conditions or concerns prior to the event. I understand that yoga, sound baths, and other activities may not be suitable for all individuals and accept the responsibility for deciding my level of participation.
Fire and Open Flame Risk:
I acknowledge that fire activities (e.g., burning intentions, making s'mores) will be part of the event, and I will follow safety guidelines and act responsibly. I will not hold the event organizers liable for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of fire or open flames.
COVID-19 and Other Health Risks:
I am aware of the ongoing risks associated with communicable diseases like COVID-19. I agree to follow any health protocols in place during the event and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure.
Personal Property:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for the security of my personal belongings during the event. The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, facilitators, volunteers, and property owners from any liability, claims, demands, or legal actions arising from my participation in the event, including any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my property.
Photo/Video Consent:
I grant permission for my image and/or voice to be captured through photography, video, or audio recordings during the event. I understand that these recordings may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers without compensation.
Agreement to Follow Event Guidelines:
I agree to respect the event space, fellow participants, and facilitators. I will follow instructions, especially regarding safety protocols, and act with care throughout the event.
